For families, pairs and quarantine pods, Kris teaches practices you can do at home to regulate your individual and group nervous systems, and to re-connect with each other.
For singles living on their own during quarantine, Kris teaches practices for nervous system self-regulation and helps you explore ways of keeping safely connected.
Online sessions are $100 per hour.
